Kånken Art by Allyn with Fjällräven Portland stores

July 2019 - August 2020, Portland, Oregon

  • resident artist selected by Fjällräven North America to paint Fjällräven products (Kånken backpacks, wallets, and tote bags) from their outlet and flagship locations in downtown Portland
  • 6 standard designs (made-to-order) were on permanent display at the outlet location, and limited edition designs were displayed at the flagship store
  • over 60 custom designs were commissioned
  • pieces were shipped widely across the United States and Scandinavia
  • in-store promotional events and live painting at several community events in the Pearl District
